A lot of work in the hybrid work model has to be done with the help of the internet, and whenever there is the internet, there are the risks associated with its usage. A lot of cyber threats are always looming over the sensitive data of multiple organizations and that makes the hybrid work model a rather unsafe work model alternative. One can try and install as many safety parameters as possible but there is always going to be one loophole which can make someone or break someone.
7. FAVOURITISM LEADS TO UNHEALTHY POLITICS AT WORK
The team which works at office gets prioritized by the team leaders on multiple occasions and that is certainly not a healthy practice as it undermines the contribution of those who are working from home.
8. HANDLING CLIENTS GETS DIFFICULT
In the hybrid work arrangement, the employees do not get to work with clients directly quite often and that makes it difficult for them to handle the clients.
